Static and Dynamic Analysis of Re-Entry Vehicle Nose Structures Made of Different Functionally Graded Materials

چکیده

High-speed aerospace applications, such as re-entry vehicles, mostly involve thin-walled structural components with a high strength-to-weight ratio and high-temperature resistant. The present novel work comprises the thermal analysis of vehicle nose structures made four functionally graded materials (FGM). Four FGM shell aluminum/silicon carbide, aluminum/aluminum oxide, Ti-6Al-4V/silicon carbide Ti-6Al-4V/aluminum oxide have been considered for nose. effect various environments, well linear temperature rise from metal-rich to ceramic-rich on critical buckling natural frequency studied. temperature, large, thin structures, decrease an increase in uniform environment, rise. thickness dynamic characteristics is also studied, suiting under rises. are quantified several cases, it was observed that they significantly influenced by thickness. Thus, research intends determine required large shells withstand conditions.
